The must is fermented in an open concrete vat (Lagar), with 15% of whole grapes with stems, it was concentrated by removing 1000 liters of flower must at the beginning (with which the Rosado Selection was made) with the intention of increasing the concentration of the skins with he remaining must. Aging for a 2 year’s period divided as 1 year in stainless steel tank and 1 year in bottle before ready to be consume.
